Approving and Recommending Influencers
Feature Purpose
Sorting through suggested influencers creates a streamlined process to get from proposal to performance. Once you’ve created your audiences and looked through the suggested influencers, you can now make decisions on which ones you would like to work with. Every influencer that is marked as Accepted will appear in the Influencers tab, where you can begin your outreach. When recommending an influencer, you’ll be able to collaborate with others on the list by sending them for approval. So whichever workflow suits your needs, let’s dive in to see how it’s done!
Step-by-Step Process
- After logging in, you will land on your campaign list page
- Click on the campaign in which you would like to add audiences to
- Select Audiences from the subnavigation
- Click on the audience segment that you would like to view the influencers for
- In the upper right corner of the Audience Details page, click on Influencer List
- From here, you can select multiple influencers using the checkboxes on the far left side in the list
- Once you’ve made a selection, three buttons will appear on the top of the list with different outcomes for each:
- Accept: this will populate the Accepted influencers into the Outreach module
- Reject: once selected, there will be a pop-up to confirm and verify why the influencers are being rejected.
- Recommend: any recommended influencers will populate within a Magic Link, for any non-Lickly users to then Accept or Reject from there.
- You can also export each list if needed, by using the dropdown to toggle between Accepted, Rejected and Recommended influencers and then clicking the Export to CSV option.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I filter my influencer list by social channel?
Yes, you can apply a filter by clicking the search button at the top of the list on the right side, and deselecting channels that you don’t wish to see. All channels are selected by default, but filtering and sorting your list allows you to narrow down the suggested accounts to make it easy to find your perfect matches.
Does my rejection reason have an impact on future campaigns?
There is currently no impact on future recommendations when rejecting an influencer. We understand an influencer may not be chosen for certain campaigns, but might be a great fit for others. So you may continue to see the influencer suggested in the future even if they were once rejected.
If I already have an influencer in mind, can I add them to my campaign?
Great question! You can manually add an influencer to a campaign by clicking the gear icon in the upper right corner of the Influencer List page. A side panel will appear on the right with an Add Influencer button, which will prompt for the influencer’s URL by social channel. Simply copy and paste into the field provided, and they will be added to your list. Ensure to Accept the influencer if you would like to begin the outreach process with them.
