Editing, Deleting or Restoring Campaigns
Feature Purpose
Managing your Lickly campaigns can be done easily from the Campaign List screen which is the default page after logging in. It’s also possible to filter and sort your campaign list if you are having trouble locating the specific campaign to edit or delete. Editing or deleting a campaign is feasible at any time during the campaign duration, therefore consider if any changes would impact deliverables or timelines when working with influencers.
Step-by-Step Process
- After logging in, you will land on your campaign list page
- Your campaigns will appear in a table below the search bar
- In each campaign row on the far right side, you will find a gear icon and a trash can icon
- Clicking on the gear icon will direct you to edit the specific campaign, which matches the same interface as creating a new campaign.
- Clicking on the trash can icon will prompt an alert, confirming if you want to proceed to delete the campaign. It will read as follows:
Attention
Deleting will remove all associated data, including audiences and influencer lists. Double-check before proceeding.
- Once a campaign is deleted, an Archive section will appear above the campaign table in the right corner.
- Click on the Archive button to access your recently deleted campaigns, and choose to restore them if needed. Campaigns remain in the Archive section for 14 days, and are permanently deleted afterwards.
Frequently Asked Questions
One of my team members deleted a campaign, am I able to restore it?
Yes, if you have access to the account you can retrieve the campaign from the Archive section as long as it’s been within 14 days. However, you may want to consider sending them this support article so they can learn how to do it themselves too!
How can I share a campaign with one of my clients?
If you’re looking to share campaign results with your client, you can leverage Campaign Overview, or Performance Dashboard depending on the granularity of results. Certain modules allow for exporting pages to PDF, or creating read-only links which you can learn more about here.
