Exporting and Sharing Your Influencer List

Feature Purpose

Once you’ve narrowed down your influencer selections, you may need to share the list for approvals with your team, or send the list to a client. Either methods are possible by exporting the list, or creating a shareable view for non Lickly users. In this article, we’ll go through both options to determine which method works best for your needs.

Step-by-Step Process

  1. After logging in, you will land on your campaign list page
  2. Click on the campaign that has audiences you would like to view
  3. Select Audiences from the campaign subnavigation
    • If you have not yet created audiences, you can follow the steps here and then continue on to Step 4.
  4. Click on the audience segment that has influencers you would like to share
  5. In the upper right corner of the Audience Details page, click on Influencer List
  6. On the Influencer List page, there are two options on the right side:
    1. Export to CSV: This will automatically download a similar CSV file of the Influencer List table. The only columns that aren’t included in the CSV file are: Notes, Status, Brand Safety, Network and Affiliation.
      • You can narrow down the influencers in your CSV export by selecting multiple and either Accepting or Recommending them. From there, change the dropdown menu from All Influencers, to Recommended or Accepted Influencers. Once making that change, the CSV download will only include the specified list.
    2. Magic Link: To share all influencer data including Notes, Lickly Score breakdown and their social profiles, generate a Magic Link by clicking the button just above the filters on the right side. Recipients can also accept or reject influencers using the Magic Link that will populate within Lickly.
      • A dialogue box will appear asking for an expiration date for the Magic Link. Once updated, the link to share with non-Lickly users will appear below. Only recommended influencers will appear in the Magic Link, so ensure you have selected certain influencers and marked them as Recommended.
      • Aside from the expiration date, you can disable the Magic Link at any time by clicking the X icon in the right bottom corner of the dialogue box.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which export option is better for collaboration?

We recommend using the Magic Link if you are working with a non-Lickly user to choose the right Influencers for your campaign. Using the Notes tab within the Magic Link is a great way to share your thoughts about each influencer before accepting or rejecting them. However some teams may prefer to work in Excel or Google Sheets depending on their tech stack, which makes the CSV export option for exporting an Influencer List as well.

Can I share Influencer Lists with my Child Accounts?

We don’t currently have this functionality between parent and child accounts, but we will be exploring the Child Account permissions soon and encourage you to view our product roadmap for upcoming releases.
