Filtering and Sorting Your Campaign List

Feature Purpose

Filtering and sorting your campaigns can be a big time saver once you have multiple pages in your campaign list. There is a limit of ten campaigns on a single page, but using the filters or sorting options can help you find a specific campaign when needed. Filters reset on each page load, with the default view starting with the most recently created. If you’re looking for a campaign that can’t be found, you may want to check if it was archived.

Step-by-Step Process

  1. After logging in, you will land on your campaign list page
  2. Just above the campaign table, there is a section with a search bar, a status dropdown and if you have deleted any campaigns, an Archive button.
    • If you recall the campaign name, type in the search bar to narrow down your results.
    • Use the status dropdown to only show corresponding campaigns based on their current status.
    • If the archive button is present, this is where recently deleted campaigns will display. You can choose to restore an archived campaign within 14 days.
  3. At the top of the campaign table, there are several filters to order or sort the results, including:
    • Campaign Name
    • Budget
    • # of Influencers
    • Status
    • Flight Range
  4. By clicking on Campaign Name, Budget, Influencers or Status you can toggle the order of each from ascending to descending.
  5. To filter the results based on dates, click on the Grid icon in the top right corner of the table
  6. A date picker will appear, prompting for a start and end date, which will then display all campaigns with flight dates within the specified range.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use multiple filters at once?

Yes, for example if you set the Status dropdown first and then search for a campaign, it will only display the results that match your search criteria and the associated status. Another example is setting the date range from the Grid icon, and using the Status dropdown to narrow results down further in the event of having no search criteria.

How can I reset my date range filter?

When the Grid icon is light blue, it means there is an active date filter applied to the campaign list. You can reset it by bringing up the date picker, and clicking the X icon that appears when hovering over the date input. Alternatively, all filters will reset when you return to, or refresh the campaign list page.
