Step-by-Step Process

  1. After logging in, you will land on your campaign list page
  2. Click on the campaign that has audiences you would like to share
  3. Select Audiences from the campaign subnavigation
    • If you have not yet created audiences, you can follow the steps here and then continue on to Step 4.
  4. Click on the audience segment to view the segment’s details
  5. The Audience Details page is divided into 5 sections, all of which are clickable by using the vertical navigation on the left
  6. Each section includes a variety of insights and takeaways that you can leverage for creating a personalized content strategy:
  • Overview: Begins with the segment name, description, and a generative image. Includes a persona snapshot highlighting the most dominant age range, income, locations, gender distribution and completed education. Additionally, there are hashtags, predictive performance benchmarks, audience size and interests that provide a snapshot to some of the sections below.
  • Core Findings: This section focuses on the main insights of the segment, how the brand or service fits into their life or the opportunity it may have. That includes Pain Points, Buying Motivations and suggestions for messaging within content.
  • Recommendations: Includes funnel stages, platform features and examples of effective media hooks to create an end-to-end solution for your campaign needs.
  • Behaviour: The anchor graph indicates how close of a match the audience segment associates with the selected anchors, while the behavioural signals list indicates the likelihood that the segment shares an interest in the list of activities. Lastly, the Creative Strategies section provides recommendations for content across all channels with a corresponding objective for each.
  • Demographics: Lastly, the demographics section showcases a few more details from the overview section, in order to measure the distribution of the age ranges, ethnicities, education and income levels.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I easily compare two audience segments side by side?

Yes, in fact you can compare up to three audience segments side by side! On your audience page with the segment cards, click on the Compare button in the upper right corner, and then select the audience cards you would like to compare. The audiences can be from the same, or different segment groups. Once selected, you will have the available information in two or three columns side by side to easily compare results.

Can I export audience details externally?

Great question, when viewing an Audience Details page, there is an Export button in the upper right corner. When you click on it, you will have the option to select certain sections from the page, which will download into a single page PDF.
